Return & Refund Policy

At Silk By Hai, each piece is handmade to order from premium mulberry silk and created based on the customer’s selected style, measurements, and order details.

Before placing an order, customers are required to provide their bust, waist, hip, and height measurements. Please check all measurements carefully before submitting your order.

Production & Delivery

Each item requires 7–10 business days for handmade production.

Production time begins after we receive and confirm all required measurements and order details.

Estimated total delivery time is 14–28 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal service.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only, if production has not started.

After 24 hours, or once the fabric has been prepared, cut, or sewn, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Because our pieces are handmade to order and created based on customer measurements, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind, wrong size choice, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will offer a reasonable solution such as alteration, repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other non-refundable costs are not refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
